Jerry Boone IV

Jerry has experience in commercial litigation, business transactions and in-house counsel. He’s worked on commercial development projects in the downtown and Midtown Houston markets respectively. His business transaction experience is in business entities formation and advisement. He also has litigation experience in contract matters. Jerry has also worked as in-house counsel, which included drafting and advising on contracts, company policies, and procedures. Jerry has worked with companies regarding non-compete and nondisclosure contracts, corporate mergers and acquisitions and lease negotiations. He has a passion for helping individuals and businesses alike and is committed to providing excellent client service.
