While also trying to raise my contractual payment amount and threatened eviction if I did not comply, even though the lease was very clear they could not do that. Mr. Duffley is very professional, courteous, smart and tough. He answers and returns phone calls quickly as well as email. He put my mind at ease during the whole process and I received a positive result. I have full faith that had I needed to litigate the matter he would have carried himself in the same manner, and I know without a doubt he would have fought hard on my behalf.
