Jack Duffley
Jack has experience in a variety of real estate transactions and leasing. In particular, he has worked on major retail shopping center transactions affected by complicated encumbrances and management structures. His leasing experience includes various commercial leases, including complex data center leases and ground leases. He’s assisted institutional clients on nationwide development initiatives, mainly by analyzing site-level restrictions and advising on the feasibility of those development projects. Jack has become increasingly involved with estate planning and probate, especially when it involves real estate.
Jack has a growing online presence in the investing and real estate niches. His investor’s perspective helps him to better understand what clients might be facing in their deals. Before becoming an attorney, he worked as both a real estate agent and property manager.
