Katharine Allen is the Managing Attorney at Duffley Law PLLC, overseeing Duffley Law’s legal services in Houston, TX.
Katharine has experience in collections, civil litigation, real estate, and property tax. Her extensive experience in collections as a subject matter expert in creditor’s rights and the intricacies of debt recovery enable her to effectively represent clients in various collection matters, ensuring that their interests are vigorously defended. Complementing her practice, Katharine has significant trial experience including litigating hundreds of cases to managing the litigation strategy for thousands of active cases across the state of Texas while working for a large corporation.
At the beginning of her career, Katharine worked on various real estate and property tax matters as a solo practitioner.
