
Jack Duffley
Jack Duffley is the founder of Duffley Law, a Texas-based firm dedicated to helping families navigate estate planning and probate with clarity and confidence. Jack focuses on building comprehensive estate plans with the goal of avoiding probate, protecting assets, and preparing families for life’s uncertainties. His firm also assists clients through the probate process after a loved one passes, making a difficult time more manageable with compassionate guidance.
Prior to founding Duffley Law, Jack worked in commercial real estate law, advising on transactions, contracts, and property management matters for institutional clients. That experience has helped with estate planning and probate, which often deals with various real estate issues. Before becoming an attorney, he worked as both a real estate agent and property manager.
Originally from Chicago, Jack and his wife moved to Houston and quickly established roots, recently welcoming their newborn son to Texas!
